This week we invented characters, performed stories and created worlds for our stories to take place.
Part one: Main characters
Our stories were an ensemble effort. Over 5 days we had 23 writers, directors, designers and performers.
Part two: Setting
You might think we were at Magical Minds Studio this week, but we were actually in a jungle, outer space, the deep sea, a farm, a circus and so many more places.
Part three: Action
We were puppet-makers, cartoonists and mask makers. We built settings for our stories, we were puppeteers and we were costumers. We were writers, performers and audience members.
Part four: Resolution
The week ended with the Studio being overrun with pirates. They were stranded on a desert island, looking through homemade telescopes for signs of life and sending messages in a bottle. Here’s hoping someone found the pirates and the buried treasure!
