Magical Minds Studio Offers 2 Spaces to Rent
Main Studio
The Main Studio is our main building fronting on Madison St. Offered in this space is room for up to 5 tables of various sizes and 30 seats. The Main Studio can hold up to 50 people. Book for use on weekends based on availability or weekdays from 7pm to 10pm. The cost is $60/hour.
Magical Minds CoLab
The Magical Minds CoLab is at the back of our yard in the west building. Offered in this space is room for up to 2 tables and up to 12 seats. The CoLab can hold 12 people and can be booked in the summer and fall depending on availability at a cost of $30/hour.

Terms and Conditions
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be present for the entirety of your reservation
- You are welcome to consume food and drink, but we ask that you not bring anything containing nuts
- No alcohol may be sold, and no alcohol may be consumed outside of the property
- There will be no refund for any confirmed reservation that is cancelled by the renter less than twenty-one (21) days before the scheduled meeting or event
- At the point of booking, Magical Minds Studio will take a non-refundable holding deposit of 50% of the rental cost as well as a separate, refundable security deposit of $150.* The security deposit will be returned in full after the rental if the space is returned in the condition that the renting party received it
- Reservations are only finalized once payment of deposits have been taken
*501(c)(3) organizations only pay the holding deposit and refundable security deposit (essentially paying half the rate of other types of organization).
