Music and dance drove this week’s art in our After School Workshop, and we added the extra element of paint to visualize our movement!
It’s always nice to kick off your shoes, and even better when you get to dip your bare feet in paint and make a mural! The boards and papers were reused with different music and colors through the week, evolving the images from colorful, distinct footprints to smooth fields of solid pigment.
Mixed with dancing and feet painting, the group also talked about expression through masks, making their own designs and characters!
