When you think painting, usually you assume brushes were involved. But this week we used some alternatives to brushes making paintings after school!
Marbles dipped in paint and rolled over the paper evoke a bit of a Jackson Pollock feeling!
We also used printing techniques to apply our paint, pulling out the brayers to roll paint over engraved drawings. The kids took the project further by editing and adding to their engravings with each pass of a different paint color.
