Nature was our art in the After School Workshop this week! Earth Day did more than inspire our art. We made our art out of the natural world, using rocks and grass as paintbrushes and slices of tree branches as our canvases. Taking a more passive view of nature in art, the kids also talked about seeing the world through photographer Ansel Adams’s eyes.
