Visiting Artist- Textile Art, Grades K-8th

We’ll be hanging out at the Studio with a visiting Artist Hope Wang. She’ll talk us about the volunteer work she does at Loom Chicago working to empower refugee women living in Chicago. We’ll be learning the art of dyeing fabrics. Afterward we’ll have ice cream to celebrate our artistic achievements!
Drop off between 8am and 9am, our bus will pick up the group in the morning and take them to Studio 8. Wear clothes that can get dirty and comfortable shoes. Bring a water bottle and a snack, as well as a lunch. No nuts, please.
