Lines and Colors

September 22, 2017 • Passport To Preschool

You don’t think about it until you realize you’re out of practice at it, and you don’t practice it because, why would you? I’m talking about a basic skill that’s so easy to take for granted. I’m talking about drawing lines.

Drawing lines is a skill that we’ve been practicing in Passport 2 Preschool. Some are squiggly, some are straight, but they get us from point A to point B. Sometimes the ends meet each other and they turn into a shape, other times you put a few lines together and they turn into a letter or number.

But that’s not all. We’ve also been playing with colors. We wore colorful scarves, bounced different colored balloons on a multi-colored parachute and built with colored materials. It’s been a really fun week!
