We Offer Scholarships!
Offering need-based scholarships for kids to attend our camps, Passport 2 Preschool, CoLab Learning and After School Workshop
You can also make a heartfelt contribution towards our scholarship fund. Donations like these offer children in need the opportunity to learn and grow from the programs we offer. Please consider a gift that will help make our programs accessible to more children and families.
Camp Scholarships
Camp scholarships are offered by the Magical Minds CoLab and by the Oak Park River Forest Community Foundation’s YES Fund. Applicants for these scholarships must qualify for free or reduced lunch at school, or live in a home for which the household income is less than 200% of the poverty level.
- Full and partial scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to approved applicants.
- Applicants to the YES Fund must also be residents of either Oak Park or River Forest.
- Families receiving the YES Fund Scholarship will be charged $10 per child, per week to complete their enrollment.
- Families receiving the Magical Minds CoLab Scholarship will be covered for 50% of the cost of camp.
Passport 2 Preschool, CoLab Learning and After School Workshop Scholarships
Passport 2 Preschool, CoLab Learning and After School Workshop scholarships are offered by the Magical Minds CoLab. Recipients pay a partial fee for the program, determined by a sliding scale of household incomes. These scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to approved applicants.
